I haven't re-watched the broadcast or the replay but all I can remember is that you were involved in a lot of incidents, and I spent half the race wincing as you stuck your car in rapidly disappearing gaps. Maybe the incidents you were involved in weren't all your fault but your general driving, from what I saw, was pretty much inviting major crashes. And the final crash, again, I haven't seen the replay but from what I remember it was your fault; but what I said probably didn't sound too friendly. But that's life I'm afraid. I can't get through an event without offending someone. Anyway, in the end it's up to the viewers to make their own minds up. We all have our opinions. It just so happens that everyone hears mine.

Shooting accurately requires a lot of skill. Using your squad and helping them is vital; being a lone wulf is difficult and sometimes damaging.

Damn it! I had the PC beta and only played it once for a few minutes. Went to fire it up today, in preparation to receiving it on release day and whoopy-doo, the beta has expired. Nooooooo!

They have different words; the latter having more of them. Neither is offensive, neither really makes a difference. I totally don't get the argument here! If his distinguishing feature in this workplace is being black, that's not racist, it's just a way of denoting who did the job. As has already been said.

This is nice; I'm moving to a student house for year two of my university course... Really not giving me confidence in the house we chose! I kid, but anyway...
You may want to post this on The Student Room forums as well; since it's full of people who have probably had similar experience with these kinds of problems. I don't know what it is about student housing landlords, but they seem to think that because you're a student they can rip you off as much as they like without any concequences.
As long as you, yourselves are not breaking any of the contract agreements during your time in the house, file as many complaints and inspections as possible; they can't kick you out for it. Document everything that happens, which I'm sure you already have; including times of day, names of people who came and exact problems. It'll make the whole case stand up better. Receipts for stuff you replaced yourselves might come in handy, too. You need to make the most out of this sorry situation.
